Delivery

All orders are handled from Monday to Friday and sent out from our warehouse within 1-2 working days after we have received your payment in our account. Orders that are received on weekends, holidays or after ofice opening hours are handled on next working day in the order of queue. We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We do not handle orders in priority mode. To avoid any confusion, please plan your purchases in a timely manner or contact us to find out approximate processing time!

For international orders delivery price is weight based and is set up automatically in your shopping cart at checkout. You can calculate shipping price at any moment in your cart.

At this moment the only available delivery otpion for international orders is Priority mail deliveries. All orders will be delivered starting with 3 days and is all they way trackable.

All items to the USA will be delivered within 10-14 days, in very rare ocasions delivery can take longer time, but you will be provided with tracking number and you will be aware of where your parcel is.

Goods to Russian postal customs office are delivered within 2-3 days. Next up to 4-5 weeks goods are in customs. In average, all our shipments reach fianl destination in Russia within 3 weeks.
